The training courses are led by catering professionals and by our team of dedicated experts, who work in more than 15 different fields of activity.

INTERNSHIPS AND WORK-STUDY CONTRACTS

Whether in Bangkok (THAILAND) or Mulhouse (FRANCE), JM GOURMET ACADEMY welcomes every year within its establishments and functional services, many trainees and young people on work-study contracts, eager to discover the different sectors of catering and to learn their future profession.


Thanks to the supervision of their tutor, their internship or apprenticeship supervisor, they are trained in working methods in the company. They are also enriched by contact with our teams, practical lessons and operational know-how transmitted to them.

 

The reception of these students thus represents a real pre-recruitment tool, but also a professional springboard for many of them, who at the end of their studies, continue their career within GROUP JM GOURMET ASIA and/or GROUP JM GOURMET EUROPE.

 

So that trainees or young people on work-study contracts can study and satisfy their passion for the restaurant business in Europe and/or Asia, GROUP JM GOURMET INTENATIONAL has created the ASJ endowment fund (AVENIR SOLIDARITY JOB) to allow trainees or young people on work-study contracts to access professional training at JM GOURMET ACADEMY.
